The Customisation Process

How it works if you'd like to add some customisation

If you decide you'd like to implement some of the available customisation options, the process looks is as follows:

  1. Get in touch using either the chat box at the bottom right of this page or by going to our contact page.

  2. We'll discuss your requirements and answer any questions you might have.

  3. Once you're happy to proceed, SurvAid will invoice your company for 50% of the development costs (please see the pricing page for details).

  4. Upon receipt of payment, SurvAid will carry out the agreed work, let you know when it's available to test and give instructions on how to access the app/PDF template etc.

  5. If you're currently in the free trial period, or the free trial has expired and you're not yet on a paid plan, we'll extend the free trial end date so you can test out the custom components without incurring any costs.

  6. You use the product in the real world and feed back with any changes that are needed.

  7. Once you're happy, SurvAid invoices for the outstanding 50% of the development costs.

  8. At this point, you'll need to upgrade your account to a paid plan to continue using SurvAid on an ongoing basis.

  9. If there are any minor tweaks or additions required going forward SurvAid will usually just implement these for free. If there are more substantial requirements then we'll quote a price based on the work needed to implement them.
